Hi! I am Erica, the person behind 608 Stitches. I am a full time teacher, single mom and started 608 Stitches (formerly MEZ Designs) when the pandemic hit in 2020 by selling and donating hundreds of face masks around town and the world.
During this time I rediscovered my passion for sewing and started working on perfecting my bag making skills. I am a strong believer in shopping local and upcycling materials that might otherwise go in the trash, so I try to source materials locally whenever possible.
My goal is to meet the needs of my customers by listening to what would make a perfect bag for them.
